Had to build 2 temporary walls to remove all the damage. This is the exterior wall of a house.

Another kitchen job

Break down on this Remodel:
This is more a rehab than remodel. It consisted of removing all cabinet doors, sanding and prepping face frames for paint.
Installed recessed lighting in living/dining/kitchen area. New paint in living/kitchen/dining area. Installed pull outs on lower cabinets and pantry. Installed new doors on cabinets with concealed hinges and new hardware. Installed subway tile backsplash at cook top and sink. Installed new appliances.

Before and after pics of another Kitchen remodel.
Breakdown on this remodel:
Removed wall between kitchen and living room, wall to left in first picture, installed laminated beam and cased out. Removed wall between kitchen and dining room. Opened cased window, on right wall to cased open to living area. Relocated all the appliances with exception of cooktop. Rehabbed some of the existing cabinets. Added new cabinet for refrigerator, with deep upper cabinet, along with new island. Rehabbed back wall cabinets and added additional lower work area for computer. Installed new LED recessed lighting in kitchen/dining areas.
All lower cabinets have full length pull out drawers, and the kitchen features pull out spice rack to the lower left of cooktop along with a pull out on the left and right side of sink
Install new LVT flooring through out kitchen/dining area. New Granite countertops in kitchen and on island. Great job by J&J Natural Stone, along with new backsplash in kitchen, again by J&J Carpets. Mike Porter and Fred Mayberry did awesome job.
New paint through out the kitchen/dining area, along with new moulding, and a new front door. Installed all new appliances.
