en Thumb is a garden center, but if you step inside our store, you will find that we have a lot more. Not only do we have a shop filled with interesting and unusual garden and gift items, we also have a custom frame shop, engraving shop, sign shop, garden center, metal building distribution, and we make keys. We sell both Music of the Spheres and Corinthian Bells windchimes, along with other brands; and have a large selection of hummingbird feeders, gift items, and even packaged and bulk vegetable seeds. Outside we have a wide variety of soils, mulch and bagged rocks, as well as concrete and decorative rocks by the pound. We have a large selection of birdbaths, fountains, benches and statuary. Citrus trees are in stock year 'round, while other fruit trees, including peach, pear, plum, apple, persimmon, pomegranate and fig are in stock seasonally. Pecan trees, grape vines, blackberries and blueberries are in stock as supplies permit. We pride ourselves on having one of the largest selections of vegetable plants in the area during the height of the garden season, That includes approximately 40 varieties of tomatoes (including heirloom varieties such as Black Krim, Old German, J.D. Black, Cherokee Purple, and other favorites); and at least 30 varieties of peppers (both sweet and hot, including, as available, the super hot Ghost, Scorpion and Carolina Reaper pepper varieties). We also stock, as available, an assortment of cucumbers, zucchini and yellow (straight and crookneck) squash, okra, cantaloupe, watermelon, eggplant (Black Beauty and Ichiaban) and other vegetables as available. Fall selections are more limited, but include traditional greens, as well as broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Our greenhouse holds a HUGE selection of herbs as well with an especially large selection of mint well beyond the traditional peppermint and spearmint. Check out our apple mint, chocolate mint, pineapple mint and other interesting choices. We also carry multiple varieties of other popular herbs such as basil and oregano. Cilantro, sage, rosemary, chamomile, thyme, chives, garlic chives, several types of parsley, lavender, lemon balm and others are stocked as available. Even Stevia plants show up occasionally on our plant racks. AND we have shade trees and flowering trees (think Bradford Pears, Jane Magnolias/tulip trees, redbuds and crape myrtles). We carry knockout roses as well as Tyler roses and the beautiful hybrid Weeks roses, which will be the star of any flowerbed. When fully stocked for spring we will have beautiful hanging baskets including some amazing bouganvillas and other blooming plants. Our climate means as the garden season progresses we stock a wide variety of tropicals including passion vines, mandevillas, hibiscus, and plumeria. Sago palms are in stock in all sizes, and we have other palms as well as other greenery perfect for poolside. A full range of shrubs, from classic greenery to blooming favorites such as gardenias and azaleas also help shape our customers' landscape.
