Printer wasn't getting orders to the back and that can be extremely frustrating for the Cooks. No big deal, tested and found data plug broken and in need of replacement. Replaced end and cleaned all connections in ceiling. Reprogrammed printer to POS system and had them running before lunch.

Quarterly Estate PM. All water, air and catch filters changed. Walk through of entire property. Guest house needed Ice Maker replaced. Outdated smoke detectors found/replaced at Main House. Ice machine had routine service and cleaning. Pool house bathroom had faulty exhaust fan that was replaced with new. See you in the fall.

Drinking water filter having some issues with flow. Service a little beyond due date. Not secured to wall. Had to disconnect and put station on floor to change filters, without hitting surrounding water lines. Replaced all 5 filters, reconnected and flushed.Had a glass of water on the way out🤗🫡👌
