Drinking water filter having some issues with flow. Service a little beyond due date. Not secured to wall. Had to disconnect and put station on floor to change filters, without hitting surrounding water lines. Replaced all 5 filters, reconnected and flushed.Had a glass of water on the way out🤗🫡👌

Customer purchased an excellent home with one exception. Previous owner installed cabinets clear, up to the ceiling 😂😂😂 We need to bring them down quickly without cutting into backsplash. Unhooked appliances. Padded out wall, glued, screwed 3/plywood strips to bump out. Reinstalled cabinets and appliances and typical height. Tile was undisturbed. Repaired and tuned all hinges. Corrective paint by others.

Ice Machine Service. Customer reported heavy gurgling under Bed And Breakfast kitchen
Drain line shoved too far in trap. Cut line.and added rodent shield in drain. Glued insulated board above drain to help baffle any minor sounds left. Cleaned and flushed ice maker as well.

Between poor customer service, slow warranty work and poor communication.....my Customer ended up with an extra washer and dryer. With Kids and Horses she (wisely) decided to capitalize on her misfortune 😂 Installed stacking kits and anti-tip on both units and brought to 2nd floor. Structural columns prevented drain from being in wall without being too close too 2nd drain. Installed dedicated dryer vent in seperate wall cavities. Modified two vent covers to look seamless on exterior. Master Electrician ran dedicated outlets for second dryer and washer, in seperate cavity as well. Installed units on drain pans and secured. Customer is still BEYOND thrilled.
