This house was severely oxidized. We removed the oxidization and gave the house and shutters a couple of coats of paint to bring it back to its original color.( The shade at the back of the house makes it look darker than it actually is.)

One of our favorite transitions! We repaired some bricks and some gaps in the mortar of the house and driveway and painted the fascia, soffit, trim and stained the brick. We gel stained the garage door to look like wood, and painted the lamp post and stair rail. We did some minor repair on the wood of the building and painted. The owners haven't decided if they want to put up new black shutters or leave the house the way it is. What's your opinion?

A little faux fireplace project. We shortened the fireplace 6 inches, put it together, mounted it to the walls, painted and distressed it. We built the interior from brick paneling. We cut the top off a very old screen door (the old screen was still perfect), turned it sideways and added brackets and handles to create a fireplace screen. Loaded it full of a variety of candlesticks, candles and remote control fairy lights and put the lanterns on top of extra candlesticks. We love the way it turned out! ❤️

Just a little conversion. All walls, trim and ceiling, 2 bookshelves, 3 staircases (stair treads stained to match the new flooring and risers painted white), the fireplace, the brass surround and hearth refinished and painted! The concrete hearth was stained 2 different colors and woodgrain was added to make it look like stained wood. 😍😊
