Third part basement…bathroom…framed in all walls with 9’ ceilings accommodating for trunk lines from builders HVAC install….moved ALL their plumbing work (water lines and drain lines) to maintain 9’ ceiling height wherever possible…moved ALL wiring…the gas line to the stove…basically everything the builder put in the way…moved it…framed in a bathroom with and exterior dimension of 9’ x 11’ with a 4’ x 9’ x 9’ walk-in shower 🚿 with two 30” doors for access from hallway and direct access from bedroom…jackhammered the floor and moved ALL the builders “work” to fit floor plan of bathroom…ran all new drain lines to linear drain assembly in shower…large vanity and new toilet location…tested and protected all plumbing with pea gravel and repoured floor with concrete…drake and Xander wired for cans, outlets, 3way switches, etc….ran a directly line back to panel for a 3 function exhaust fan with light, fan and heater…ran 4” duct to exterior with flap cap…installed all plumbing assembly and water lines for vanity, toilet and shower setup tied into existing…insulated walls and ceiling for sound deadening….hung drywall and finished in main bath area…installed pan with linear drain assembly in shower sloping pan in a flat plane to the drain so no door needed…waterproofed with kerdi thin setted to concrete board…used holy stone on polisher to flatten floor and remove sealer applied by builder…thinsetted ditra to concrete…sealed all natural travertine with penetrating sealer…installed in pattern chosen by homeowner…grouted all and sealed again…created custom hanex pieces to cap curb, vertical and surround of niche…caulk and installed finished valve and head assemblies…two coats of paint ceiling and walls (Sherwin Williams afterglow)…installed vanity, top, light, mirror faucet, hardware etc…doors, casing, and baseboard….two coats of trim paint and done ✅ 😊😉 🍁
