Pro-Spec Painting Corporation is hiring a Construction Takeoff Estimator (Part-Time or Entry-Level) in Vineland, NJ.

We need someone to perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings using eTakeoff (or similar) - measuring the material and labor quantities our estimators use to price commercial and industrial painting work.

This is an office-based role in Vineland (not remote), hourly, open to an entry-level person who can do the work OR a part-time working retiree who already does. If you are a retired estimator, project manager, or takeoff pro who wants steady part-time hours, we want to hear from you.

Who I'm looking for:
• Recent graduate or 0 to 2 years of work experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Studies, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Comfortable reading construction drawings
• Good with Microsoft Excel
• Local to South Jersey with a commute to Vineland
• Valid driver's license (NJ within 60 days of hire)
