Joyful Treasures of Virginia Beach My booth has handmade, recycled, & repurposed treasures. It was her desire to start the fundraiser. I enjoy sewing aprons, tote bags, and scrunchies.

My name is Sue Mako and I began fundraising in 2009 to help my daughter raise money for our twin parish in Haiti. I continue that effort to this day and have started a new fundraising venture for the past seven years to help my daughter and her convent. I love making arts and crafts and I enjoy hunting for sea shells and driftwood in the Outer Banks. I love creating beautiful sun catchers, seascap

es and hearts with glass, sea shells, and driftwood. I enjoy creating jewelry with beads. I also sell unique home décor! Many people have helped me over these past several years by donating supplies such as fabric, beads and other items to help support this charity as well as our charity in Haiti. Thank you to all those who have purchased my items for charity. I am very grateful to you all. The Holy Spirit has inspired me to create my arts and crafts for charity. We are God's true treasure and our true treasure lies in Him!

Joyful Treasures, booth 70-b, is restocked and refreshed with many new items throughout my booth! We had a very productive work day and the vendors have brought in hundreds of new vintage treasure so come on in and enjoy!

Very sorry to announce that the Painted Tree closed down abruptly today due to bankruptcy. Therefore, I had to remove my joyful treasures kiosk from the store today. I l’m mostly sorry for the employees who have lost their jobs and some of my fellow vendors who relied on this income For their livelihood. Thank you to everyone who has supported me at the Painted Tree over the past several years, friends, customers, staff and fellow vendors. I’m thankful that I still have my booth at the VA vintage.
