This is an example of our “full burial pressurized system” on demand water, 4” cased well with submersible pump. Loose conduit will get hooked to a disconnect later and grade will be brought up to green valve box leaving just the serviceable part of the bladder tank exposed. In our area this is a freeze proof worry free setup. Pressure switch is inside the well casing. This setup was for a concrete company that just purchased property but is a great option for remote locations.

PSA: If you have a well pump please read

We are about to experience a cold snap in the hampton roads area, highs are going to be below freezing and lows in the teen’s. Pumps outside or in sheds will freeze and likely bust housing on pump. Winterize pumps, or at the least leave a heat source on through these couple of freezing days. Unplug pumps if not in your every day use. Winterize faucets or at least cover up. We are a small company and once position is filled, its too late. Salary and hourly options, must be full time. We’re moving into winter where work is slow, but the perfect time to learn.
