My official job title? Entrepreneur.
My unofficial job titles? Apparently… ALL OF THEM😂🤦🏻♂️
When you’re part of a stone fabrication business, you quickly realize that running a company means wearing a LOT of hats!
And that’s just the beginning! 😂
Some days I’m negotiating international stone shipments. Other days I’m helping move slabs, solving production challenges, reviewing numbers, answering calls, or figuring out why the printer stopped working. 💀🤣
But here’s the thing about entrepreneurship: it’s never a one-person show.
Behind every successful project is a TEAM of people making it happen. 🙌
❤️ My family — for the support, sacrifices, encouragement, and everything that happens behind the scenes that people don’t always see.
🤝 Our office and sales team — for taking care of our customers, managing projects, keeping things organized, and helping turn ideas into reality.
🪨 Our fabrication team — for the skill, precision, hard work, and craftsmanship that transform raw slabs into beautiful finished products.
🏗️ Our installers — for bringing those projects into our customers’ homes and making sure everything comes together.
💪 Every person who contributes to Blackstone Granite & Marble — your work matters, and our success wouldn’t be possible without you.
Yes, I wear a lot of hats. 😂 But I’m also fortunate to work alongside people who wear their own hats, bring their own talents, and make this business what it is.
Entrepreneurship isn’t about doing everything yourself. It’s about building something bigger than yourself, learning to lead, trusting your team, and growing together.
At Blackstone Granite & Marble, it takes all of us to turn stone into something extraordinary. 🪨✨
And honestly? Some days we’re building beautiful countertops, and other days we’re just trying to figure out who has the forklift keys. 😂🚜
