A sorority has resumed its weekly cleaning schedule, which requires a significant amount of time due to the large space and numerous facilities. The comprehensive cleaning tasks include cleaning showers, toilets, floors, baseboards, trim, and windows, as well as disinfecting surfaces and vacuuming and mopping floors. The tasks also involve deep cleaning specific areas such as the guest bathroom and the House Director's room.

We’ve tried to hold off on raising our rates for as long as possible because we truly appreciate every single one of our clients. ❤️ Unfortunately, with the cost of just about EVERYTHING continuing to increase, we’ve reached the point where we need to make a change.

✨ Our cleaning rate will now be $50 per hour. ✨

Running a cleaning business involves a lot more behind the scenes than simply showing up and cleaning. Our pricing has to help cover:

🧽 Cleaning supplies & equipment
⛽ Fuel and travel expenses
🛡️ Business insurance
💵 Employee wages
🧺 Maintaining and replacing supplies
✨ And most importantly—continuing to provide the quality and attention our clients deserve!

We never want to cut corners just to keep our prices the same. We would rather continue using quality products, properly maintaining our equipment, taking care of our team, and giving your home the clean it deserves. 🏡✨

🐾 PET HAIR… IT FINDS EVERY CORNER! 😂🧹

Having pets definitely adds a little extra to a professional clean! 🐶🐱 Vacuums and brooms do a great job, but pet hair has a way of sticking in corners, along baseboards, and in those little places they just can’t reach.

That’s when the hands and knees come in! 🧤😂 Sometimes you have to get down there and physically pick it up to make sure it’s actually gone.

As someone who has pets AND allergies, I understand how important this is. 🤧🐾 I want to clean your home the same way I would expect mine to be cleaned—with attention to those little details!

And it doesn’t stop when we leave! 🧹 We also make sure our equipment is properly cleaned between homes, because our next client may not have pets—or may have allergies themselves. ❤️

We love our furry family members, but we don’t have to love the hair they leave behind! 😂🐾

Busy day today. Fixed a toilet that was constantly running, a door seal that needed much to be desired, a garage door opener that couldn't function anymore, and a kitchen faucet that was way overdue for replacement. I very much appreciate all of my current clients and my future clients. I just wanted to make a few updates one of my main helpers right now. Just had her baby and congratulations. I just wanna let you all know that everything right now was school starting and with her having baby and everything, obviously things need to be adjusted and so just give me some grace for a little bit because I’m doing this all on my own unless I find help obviously, I wanna be extremely picky on who I choose to come join our team in this time, I mean that has been the hardest thing is to find the right fit to fit our team and so we are doing our best. I hope you all have a fantastic day and I will definitely be getting to you just give me some grace.

Let me tell you when you’re deep cleaning a sorority house you wanna definitely make sure you’re moving beds dressers, getting those baseboards and getting the floor underneath everything because this is how dirty it can become and you want them to come home or come to the sorority know that they have a clean peaceful area

Vermillion sorority is done and deep cleaned. Let's say it took us 13.5 hours, that's with three cleaners. So, yes, we were busy and our backs are telling us you're nuts, but let me tell you, I am glad we got it done. ☑️
