Less walky = more worky. Took individual measurements and made the cuts. A few were the same length, so I was able to make some simultaneous cuts to save the time. These are fkr the left and right of the front door.

Many things to address here. The drip edges are a disaster, and they were fully caulked in to the Hardly (yes, Hardly) board.

#1 Never caulk the bottom of siding into a drip edge. If water were to ever get behind thesiding, but still in front of the waterproof barrier, then it can still escape.

#2 Never make your drip edges like the precious workers did here. Completely unnecessary, and we are fixing that back to a proper aesthetic, while functioning as designed.

#3. Always replace old and chopped boards. Don't cover up the issues.
