Master bath remodel: the shower area was updated by removing the fiberglass insert and replacing it with a fully tiled shower. The whirlpool bath tub was removed and replaced with a soaker style tub. The floor was re-tiled, lighting updated along with vanity and all the accessories. This was the third and final bathroom renovation completed for this customer. I’m very fortunate to have so many customers who continue to call me for their upcoming remodeling projects.

Changing or adding a backsplash in your kitchen can really transform the space. In this case, I removed the old ceramic tile backsplash, replaced all the drywall behind it and installed stone mosaic tile. The microwave was upgraded as well to match the stove.

Just wrapped up this shower remodel. As expected with a 200 year old house , there were layers on top of layers. Two layers of tile, 1” of plaster and steel lathe equated to 2100lbs of demo just to get back to rough framing. The walls were reframed for a 36x36 solid surface shower kit. The subfloor was rebuilt and leveled. The angled ceiling was removed and reframed to provide more head room and a smooth transition to the existing ceiling. A Flexstone shower kit (36x36) was installed to finish out the remodel.

Recent bathroom renovation: full gut back to framing. Ceramic tile flooring, blue glass subway tile on the back shower wall and white ceramic subway tile on the adjacent walls. Custom shower caddy/niche wrapped in marble. Radiant heated floor, recessed vanity lights and lighted vanity mirror. Semi-frameless doors by Dreamline, and more.

Just finished up this 8x10 floating deck, replacing the original pre-cast concrete steps. The deck was finished in Trex Clam Shell, Azek for the fascia, veranda railings with black steel balusters and skirted in white vinyl soffit.

It’s been an extremely busy spring and summer with many renovation projects completed both big and small. I dont take photos of all my work, but I’ve attached a few photos from some recent projects. I’m very fortunate to have many great customers who continue to call me back for new projects and also provide referrals to others in the community who are looking for renovations. I’m looking forward to the end of summers and fall projects!

Another bathroom remodel complete! Removed the one piece fiberglass surround and installed a new tub, tiled the alcove area with niche. Floor was re-tiled with a picket style mosaic. Replaced the old vanity with a 60” double sink vanity and marble top.
