Holidays can bring about joy and sorrow, but Our Daily Bread reminded me today that “even these mixed emotions can be reconciled and redeemed through the promises of the true Light of Hope—Jesus." Psalm 42 reminds us to put our hope in God and immediately I thought about this praise and worship song that’s an oldie, but a goodie. It takes me back to my younger years when I could feel the love of God and family in our home because my mom filled her heart with God's love. She poured into her family and made us all feel so special.

"Make the Dessert Pizza for your first party. It's super easy!" It only two packages of refrigerated sugar cookie dough to be successful. Leave it to my pampered heart to mess it up. 😂

Tip: When making a large cookie on the PC pizza stone (bit.ly/PCKEpizzastone), it will continue to cook when you take it out of the oven. So, don't over cook it!

Tip: When cooking with PC stoneware, the bottom of your food looks the same as the top because the stoneware cooks so evenly. How awesome is that! The bottom of my cookie looked just like the top of my cookie. Crazy 😎.
