House feeling hotter then normal??? Part of it we have no control over but if your outside units are looking like this then you definitely have some control over it. Not only is the killing your unit it is allowing for alot less heat to be removed from your home. PTACs and window units as well. AC units thrive off of AIR FLOW. Less air flow then the less of a job it can do it and the more harm it's doing to your unit. I am EPA certified and I have the right chemicals and tools needed to service your unit and get it all cleaned up and extend the life of your unit as well as drop the temperature in your home as well. Got to take care of a nice little PTAC (AC) servicing today. I'm not sure if people really realize the importance of preventive maintenance and servicing of their air conditioners. It really is the life of the unit the same as getting a oil change in your vehicle.
