Waco Paving, Inc. is a small construction business in Waco, TX. Ready to hire an office manager-available to start immediately!
We are currently searching for an experienced office manager to work full time M-F 8-5 in a casual office environment.
Pay: Competitive – DOE
Requirements:
Team Oriented
Accounting Experience AR/AP
Computer Proficiency
Experience with computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft
Professional telephone etiquette
Pleasant temperament
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs (for filing)
Must be able to work alone in a time efficient manner (time management skills!)
Notary Certified is a plus (not a requirement, but willing to obtain certification)
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Check Reconciliation
Recording/Updating Stock and Fuel
Quarterly Taxes
Filing Liens
Handling/Delegating day to day office duties
Overseeing/Updating/Managing Website & Facebook
Managing 401k
Closing/Balancing End of Month
