Leaking dishwasher = rotten floor! We pulled up the flooring very gently, repaired the rotten subflooring and placed the flooring back down. While we were there, the owners decided they wanted to replace the brown tile backsplash with white tile and that was such a great decision! Looks amazing 🤗

Rotten floors seem to be a trend! Luckily, we can fix rotten floors 😁. Here is another floor that a minor leak....a simple fix....caused to rot. If you think you have a leak, remember it is cheaper to fix the leak than to wait until your floor rots and have to fix the leak, joists, subfloor and flooring! Got a call needing a rotten floor fixed....well, we did fix the floor but we also fixed the leak that caused the rotten floor and remodeled the entire bathroom! Got rid of the bathtub and put a wall in shower on its place....all new joists, subflooring, and flooring...and new paint! Rick never ceases to amaze me with his work!

Rental rehab

Rental house renovation. We had to replace the subfloor, install new flooring, install backsplash in kitchen, repair a wall that was rotten from a leaking washing machine valve, repair the leaking valve, tear out the bathtub/shower combo, install a walk-in shower, and install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. End result is amazing. I am loving that new floor and the shower!
