Working on this masterpice right here! This is going to be a 20x30 deck, inset of the sea wall 15IN. The wall will continue up the 15IN, because they want to wrap the top of the wall all the way around, except for the face (hence why it’s so short in the front) in benches to sit on. There will be a gas fire place, under the deck where they will spend their colder nights huddled around. Eventually on the second phase of this project, the 20FTx30FT deck will get completely covered with a roof. 2 set’s of 15FT wide Automatic curtain on both long sides of this beast. (30FT side on both sides will have automatic curtains all the way down it) Last but not least, in the front left corner there will be a 7x7 wall inset just on the back side, to match the height of the 20x30 deck, for a hot tub to sit on. The 7x7 deck for the hot tub will be covered and marry up to the 30x20 roof. The whole deck is decked in wear deck, cool gray color. (Lifetime warranty composite)

This is definitely by far, one of our favorite projects we have done thus far. We came in here and gave these costumers the back yard they had always dreamed of. We spent a week straight in the rain off the jump on this job, but we muscled straight through it. This is a 390 foot sea wall we put in, with a 20x20 deck, built on on top of the wall. We took out the pre existing fence that was built all around the property, to open their dream backyard up for them. A lot of long days and nights went into this along with two trips to NC. At the end of the day, we walked away with the biggest smile on our faces watching the home owners enjoying their new back yard. This was one to be proud of!!!!⚒🛠💪🏽
