Happy new year everyone! Hope everyone had a good holiday season with their family.

We spent the weekend breaking in the new smoker, and you obviously need a meat carving board to go with smoked meats. This is a Boston butt that I put on at 10 this morning cut up on a board made from ash and walnut.

We want to take the time to wish everyone Happy Holidays from our family to yours. I would also like to thank everyone for the supoort of our business. We are humbled by the friends and family that shared our page and helped us get started. We can not thank ya'll enough.
