We are starting another exterior this morning in Wake Forest. We will be washing, and replacing lots of bad caulk areas with Tower Tech. Entire home will be brushed with premium Benjamin Moore Regal select low luster, and soft gloss.

An exterior we completed a few weeks ago in Wake Forest. Home was power washed, and all bad caulking was replaced with Tower Tech. And a nice coat of premium Benjamin Moore Regal select was applied. More very satisfied homeowners 😁

An interior we completed last week. We repaired cracked, and stained ceilings. Top coated them with Benjamin Moore ceiling paint. Then patched up the walls, and applied 2 coats of premium Benjamin Moore Regal select in Pale Oak color. It looks fabulous 👌 Thanks Paul Cardon for the work!

We just completed another exterior renovation near Falls Lake in Durham. We replaced bad siding around the dormers, and repaired a few other places. Washed the home, and replaced all the bad caulk areas. Then brushed all the trim, and siding 2x with premium Benjamin Moore Regal select low luster, and soft gloss. Another very happy homeowner 😁

Before and after pics of an exterior we completed Friday in Wake Forest NC
We washed the home, replaced all bad caulk areas with Tower Tech. Scrapped and primed loose paint areas around the deck. Then painted everything with premium Benjamin Moore Regal select. We also refinished the front door, and headboard ceiling, and restored the deck.

An exterior we completed last week in Wake Forest. We repaired some fascia, corner boards, and siding areas. Washed the home. Replaced bad caulking. And we coated siding, and trim with Benjamin Moore Regal select. Deck ceiling coated with Helmsman clear, and frames/floor with Cabots Australian timber oil. More happy homeowners!
