Removed/ expanded an old closet to help create a walk-in for a friend’s master bedroom. All ready and built to spec for closet design company to do their thing. Small project but special attention needed to match up old materials/trim and make it look as though it was always there. Avoided significant added costs by patching existing wood strip floor, walls and ceiling as well as helped avoid a huge mess so they could still use the bedroom during construction!

We completely the backsplash on this one months ago. Only did the back splash. Drake Builders did a great job as always with kitchen! He had the outlets up above cabinets for some added pop and clean look!

Recently completed this 5x5 custom shower renovation. Homeowners had done the bathroom over within last 10- 15 years but unfortunately had a copper pan failure with a leak that couldn’t be fixed. First time I’ve seen a copper pan fail as they usually last the life of bathroom. It was an oversized shower and upon demo learned the fail was on a sodered seam in the pan. Subfloor under pan was not level so water appeared to be pooling and eventually cooroded its way through the seam. I leveled the subfloor and installed a customized Schluter pan and all modern waterproof materials. Matched the tile work to flow with the rest of the bathroom for consistency. No more leaks and happy customers!

3/8 Marble basket weave complete! This one was well planned and satisfied my OCD! Good tile work should always end with a smooth & clean transition. I was able to land my last tile out the door with a full 3/8 inch grey marble cube with 1/8 inch grout line. Transitioning from tile to laminate can get clunky due to laminate expansion gap requirements. Notching the quartz thresh by 1/8 inch allowed me to maintain that gap with no reveal and no need for additional laminate finish trim!

Full bathroom remodel complete in Wakefield! New steam shower with Italian porcelain tiles throughout. New floor, custom vanity, and client decided to keep their old clawfoot tub!

Added this 3 x 9 closet today. I reserved the original 1950’s base cap from the interior to tie into the the rest of the bedroom for an exact match. This was done % dust free and ready for paint and custom closet system.

I installed these custom cabinets today in Wakefield. I love building these... Mostly enjoy the reaction I get from homeowners when they first see them installed. I typically build the majority of the units at home in between larger projects. When mostly complete, I deliver and install them for a 100% custom fit into any space. They are by far the least disruptive home improvement project you can take on, with total onsite construction time averaging less than a few hours - that includes the time spent on the initial measurement and template. They are all made with high quality cabinet grade 3/4 inch box construction and built to last. Building around outlets, heaters, doors and other obstacles makes them by far the best choice for maximizing under utilized living space. Provided some additional photos of past units built.

Just finished up another bathroom in Lynnfield. Family chose Italian porcelain hex tile on the floor with classic 4x12 white subway tile in the shower and custom shiplap and carpentry.
