Framing stage walkthrough. No shortcuts. No guesswork. This is where great houses are made.

A high-end framing punch list we run on every custom build:

• Load-bearing walls match engineered plans exactly. bearing points fully aligned to foundation
• Floors, walls, and ceilings checked for plumb, level, and square
• Studs inspected for warping, bowing, or twisting and corrected before cover-up
• Door & Window R.O. Framed to account for unit sizes as well as trim selections
• Headers aligned for clean sightlines and trim details
• Mechanical runs coordinated before anything gets buried
• No over-notching or sketchy field fixes
• Sheathing nailed clean, tight, and inspection-ready
• Blocking installed for cabinetry, millwork, railings, TVs, and fixtures
• Sound control, fire blocking, and draft stopping complete
• Every room walked as if it’s already finished

Because drywall hides mistakes. Framing shouldn’t.
