Good morning, Gardeners-

Lots to cover today.

Our new summer hours: Wed-Sat 9:30-4, and Sundays; 10-3.

Please note that we will close at 2 on extremely hot days.

Big sale: 30% Off of most non-plant items! This includes planters, fountains, most patio furniture, decorative statuary, etc. Runs through the end of August.

We received some beautiful butterfly bushes, Incrediball hydrangea (pictured), echinacea, caryopteris, and other goodies, so we're stocked and looking good. Remember, it's OK to plant if you're planting at a time of day when temps are lower than 80°.

Lastly, in preparation for the coming high temps, make sure you're watering throughly early in the morning so plants are equipped to face the day well-hydrated. Same goes for you😊

Attention Music/Poetry Nerds! We are pleased once again to be hosting an Open Rehearsal for the Walla Walla Chamber Music Festival this Thursday, 6/13, from 10-12. They'll be performing 5 pieces for string quartet by poet Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (Who knew?). Here's a little more info:

Good morning! Lots happening today, but the thing we're most excited about is our guest gardener, Yoko Smith, who will be answering all of your gardening-related questions today at 10:30. Yoko has a long list of accolades, and you've probably even supped upon her delicious greens if you've dined at any number of fine restaurants in this valley. We're lucky she'll be sharing her valuable insights from many years of expert gardening. Hope to see you!
