Dianthus, snapdragons, vibrant yarrow, geraniums, 2nd crop of ranunculus sprouting, ranunculus ready to plant out, etc. planted another 400+ seeds Friday!

200 Snapdragons started… they take a bit and gotta pinch them short... grow again.
You could leave them be but you would only get 1 stem from one plant. Pinch them for branching!
Soil blocking!

My ranunculus offerings this year!
Three times is the charm!
Telecote Salmon, Mixed Persian Buttercups, and Super Green White.

These multiply under ground so hoping to be able to sell some corms.

Starting more seeds today… including
Maverick variety “Geraniums.” I have a mix of colors.

Stratification has ended and this is a photo of starting lavender seeds to germinate.
My experience:
Some well known and lesser known seed companies have done well for me in sprouting seeds, and both haven’t done a thing.

I’ve also got some plugs coming… one variety is very prolific in blooming “white” variety.

All dug up and rinsed off, and drying.

Digging dahlia tubers!
These are all rinsed off set out to dry. Then if I can see “eyes” I will go ahead and divide. If not I’ll put into winter storage and wait to divide in the Spring.
Still amazes me how 1 single tuber can produce so many.
Have several more plants to dig!
