Restoration of 2 rooms.
Wallpaper removal, plaster repair, surface prep then apply oil based primer sealer, set repair fabric sheets to all walls, skim coat with durabond, then drywall mud twice, sand to smooth, apply latex drywall primer then apply 2 finish coats with eggshell sheen paint. Room 1 completed.
Floor prepped and coated twice with urethane enamel.
Quite the process.
Looks great though.

Nice Dairy Barn restoration.
All hand brushed 3 times around.
One coat of dark gray primer sealer then two finish coats of solid color stain for the siding. Prep, one coat of oil base primer then two coats of satin sheen white paint on all the trim. A new cupola will be built in the Fall, painted by us, and set on top of the roof with a crane. Beautiful.
