We went to replace a sagging ceiling with old ceiling tiles over drywall. Once opened up, we found significant airflow and moisture moving through the ceiling cavities from the front porch due to the spaces not being properly separated.

We removed the damaged drywall and insulation, created a proper separation between the front porch and attic space, installed new insulation, and finished with a new drywall ceiling.

Glad we were able to get this one corrected and put back together the right way.

Just wrapped up this garage project in Florence, KY.

The homeowner wanted a garage that was easier to keep clean and would stay a bit warmer during the winter months. We added insulation, installed drywall, and finished everything with a durable exterior mold-resistant paint to completely transform the space.
