A great time to upgrade the EFFICIENCY of that home of yours is COMING SOON!

We just passed H. R. 5376, aka “Inflation Reduction Act”. Amongst it all, we have 370$ Billion for energy and climate programs!! For you, this means a rebate or tax credit based on your household income. Up for grabs is “ up to $8,000 for a heat pump for space heating or cooling” or a total of $14,000 in rebates under the H.E.E.H.R. Program.

While the Bill and Program are much more nuanced than most are interested in, KruxAF Professionals will continue to do our due diligence to the community and industry as a whole by promoting clean energy efficiency programs. Not only can this mean CASH BACK in the hands of eligible applicants in the form of a rebate but it can mean more cash in your wallet from significant energy savings of those high-efficiency upgrades.

Soon the Bill moves to the President and will become law. We will continue to sift thru the 755pg Act to ensure we help create an accurate and common sense approach for all projects performed and deemed eligible by this Bill.
