Ok i just want to put this out there for those who see this. Reason is, i had a wash job and the client contacted me and said they got it done for a cheaper price. Wouldnt tell me who or how much. I went by to check it out and lines everywhere! I wont post pictures of it as the location is very recognizable! Cleaning a concrete driveway or walkway takes more than just hitting it with water pressure. To clean it correctly and not leave lines sometimes requires a rinse first to uncover just how dirty it is. A cleaning solution is applied, allowed to dwell, and THEN going over it to clean! Alot of times a post cleaning application of cleaning solution is used to kill off any organics missed by the cleaning! A final rinse and done! Keep in mind this does not include oil stains, rust stains, etc which call for a different cleaning solution. Oftentimes, after the final rinse is done, oil/rust is uncovered. To get these stains out, (sometimes all you can do is lighten them up!), the stronger cleaner has to be applied and the process has to be done to the ENTIRE surface to keep it blended and uniform! I set expectations with clients and explain to them the process and what to expect and of course try the upsell IF they want it done! Rant over!
