600 Acres Ranch with mineral rights in Tulsa area

A friend of mine has 600 acres in Tulsa Oklahoma. He runs 150 Momma cows on it. He makes $250,000 a year off the sale of the calves.
He yields 800 round bales a year at cost of $25 per bale.
He’s has it in 40 acre pasture so we can rotate the cattle. Great deer and Turkey hunting! The property has a nice house on it ,a big barn and a shop on it. He wants to down size! He wants to sell it all 600 aces with the mineral rights!

2004 cowboy alumni, tuna, fishing trip, San Diego, California and Mexican waters. Two half day boat catch 500 pounds fillets. Tuna, red snapper sheepshead Bonita tuna Seabass, you name it we caught it. Food , fishing rods, snacks everything was included. Great trip great fishing love being able to see. This is our first annual trip. We’re gonna do it next year again first couple weeks of August. Probably take a bigger nicer boat. Hit me up if you may be interested
