Before and after photos of a complete custom renovation were wrapping up. We gutted all the walls pulling off all the old horse hair plaster, and moved the bathroom walls while we had everything open. We moved the wall by the shower 4 inches, and the wall with the pocket door 7 inches. We then re insulated all the exterior walls and installed all new Sheetrock, Installed all new trim & headboard.
I also custom built the new cabinets and built in shelving. We also built the new shower, and then laid all the new tile on the floor and shower.

Big thanks to Long Plumbing for moving all the plumbing for us and installing the pedestal sink, toilet, and faucets.

Also big thanks to Rockport Granite for the custom soap stone counter tops.

And lastly big thanks to my brother for all the help throughout the project, and my wife for helping me lay over 500 tiles in the shower, and my two sons Emmett and Elliott for helping finish the shower curb and finish painting the bathroom.

This was a huge team effort, and I’m super grateful for all the help turning our clients vision into reality!

Some cellar stairs I rebuilt about a month ago.
I removed the sketchy old stairs, then constructed a new set that is up to code, and feel a lot more comfortable as you walk up and down the steps.
I then applied a coat of stain on the stringers and treads, and finished it off with a few coats of polyurethane on the treads.

Before and after pictures of our last exterior project of this past year. After replacing some trim, and painting the whole exterior we headed inside for some drywall repairs, interior paint, and renovated the third floor. The whole project is now complete, interior finished pictures coming soon.
