Surface preparation is essential for a professional, long lasting result. Depending on the condition of your project the following surface preparations may be required:

• Powerwash surface prior to painting (if necessary)

• Scrape and feather sand all peeling paint areas

• Prime surfaces (if necessary)

• TSP mildew and/or moss affected surfaces

• Wire brush/scrape flaking of deteriorating paint

• Caulk/spackle cracks around windows, doors and seams

• Remove and replace old glazing on window panes (if necessary)
