Nothing I like more than setting up the saw outside on a sunny summer day. Building out some custom shelving for this closet and enjoying the weather while doing it.

One small trick worth noting: a carpenter’s pencil makes a great built-in spacer. Using the thickness of the pencil to set each piece keeps the reveals even and consistent throughout the build.

After this garden-level apartment was partially demoed and waterproofed with a new French drain and sump pump system, we’re coming in to restore the bedroom and upgrade the bathroom.

The goal is not just to put everything back together, but to improve the space along the way. New finishes, thoughtful details, and quality craftsmanship will transform an area that was once affected by water intrusion into a comfortable, functional living space.

Our client came to us with an AI-rendered vision, and I think we brought it to life beautifully.

Like many remodels in older multi-family homes, a few unforeseen obstacles surfaced along the way, but with some problem-solving and teamwork we were able to deliver the project on time and within budget.

The mosaic floor tile, custom three-piece chair rail, crown moulding, and soft eggshell finish all came together to create a space that feels timeless, bright, and intentional.

A special thank you to for handling the pedestal sink rough-in modifications and installation of the new toilet.
