What a beautiful hood ornament!!

16 x7 extension springs.
Replaced 2-stationary pulleys and 2-spring pulleys
Replaced snapped cable
Corrected stationary pulley placement
Run safety cables through correct side of extension springs to avoid another failed cable

Performed preventative maintenance.
Oiled bearings and roller stems.
Never put white lithium on inside of tracks like the other area door companies. Let alone spraying it on intermediate hinges, ruining the looks of a white door! It does nothing else but collect dirt and debris causing future issues!!

Swapping out an EZ Set torsion spring system in MTZ.
The spring broke.
Weighing the door to find correct IPPT spring size,
and going with a standard torsion counterbalance.
Love service calls with my Dad’s sticker!
Easy peasy!

Replaced a failed Genie opener with this
7’ solid chain rail Liftmaster 81650.
Last AC/DC 7’ chain drive opener in stock
Liftmaster has moved to DC motors that have soft starts and soft stops.
The out of pocket is a little more, but the new DC model has a live feed camera as well a WiFi notifications etc.
