I’m servicing a rental property next door to this house. I put this low headroom door in 20 yrs ago!! I’m going to tighten the chain on the Liftmaster opener and reprogram her keyless entry code for free!! Just to see my work!! 🤣🤣

Should’ve used a torpedo level for the stickers I guess!!
Dad installed the original 9x7 probably 15 yrs ago at this residence. I added the second one 5 or 6 yrs ago!! Both run perfect as expected

Hey local door companies, why don’t you train your techs before they go out and make you money INCORRECTLY!!
Commercial operator arms are supposed to be hooks opening upwards.
WOW!!

When you get something that BASIC wrong,
What does that say about the rest of your work?

Support struts are fastened incorrectly as well!!!

No key in the right side cable drum keyway

AND LAST but not least by any means, the horizontal track is 2” too tight. Door drags metal on metal
UNBELIEVABLE
Someone got paid for this job!
They should get my invoice for correcting it!

What a beautiful day!!! 9x8 and opener installed in Niantic by 11am.
On to JCG Midwest in MTZ for a service call, then a storm damage call in Bethany!!
I may be able to hit the links at Southside this afternoon!!

Installed those sexy 10x7’s, in the background, probably 5 yrs ago!
We’re at “1921 Barn” in Niantic!
It’s an awesome venue for weddings and special gatherings!! Look them up!

Putting up the 9x7’9” and an 8’ opener for the owners wood shop today!!

Danny’s Muffler just put a new muffler on “Rowdy” the Ram.
Rowdy was a bit obnoxious after the old flowmaster rusted out and started dragging the ground!
After removing the loose part, it was nothing but a straight pipe. And loud doesn’t describe it!!
Danny’s got me in the next day, and out the door total job cost was $50 less than they quoted me!
Huge shout out guys at Danny’s! Thank you!
