Repairs for property seller after buyer's inspection. Properly encapsulating electrical wiring servicing the water heater, replace water shut off valve, remove abandoned saddle type shutoff valves, and missing knockout covers on top and bottom of main electrical panel.

You don't have to gut a bathroom to get a new look. We updated this worn out hall bathroom with new shower doors, vanity, toilet floor and hardware. Another update to the St Charles villa project back in 2019.

In 2019 we opened up the wall in this St Charles villa to take the kitchen from closed-in kitchen to a more open feel.
