Research shows oil based products are bad for our environment and our personal health with many Carcinogens (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)). These chemicals can be transferred during the sealcoating process or over the weathering process. To do so I use all commercial grade products on my residential jobs, as well as providing a 1 year warranty. My procedure starts by edging your driveway. I then power clean the whole surface and w**d all cracks. I apply a salt and vinegar water mixture to the cracks to also prevent any new growth. I use a commercial trowel grade crack repair and commercial grade Pmmu ultra sealant.
