The pasta doesn’t make itself. 🍝

Sarah has been in the kitchen all week testing and tasting to make sure our Pasta 102 class is perfect before you get here. The result? Scarpinocc with English pea, ricotta, lemon and mint. And friends, it is YUMMY.

In this class you’ll learn to fill, sheet, and shape your own filled pasta. Sarah will walk you through how to use a Atlas 150 to sheet your dough, and then walk you how to cut, fold, and seal. You’ll leave with a delicious dinner and a new skill.

Sunday, May 3 • 2:00-4:00pm • $85 • 6 spots
