On Monday night, the Herndon Planning Commission recommended approval—with minor conditions—for MV+A’s latest project in Herndon, VA, in partnership with Rooney Properties.

The proposed development will deliver approximately 400 multifamily units and 60 townhomes, contributing meaningful new housing to the Herndon market.

Next stop: Town Council for final approval next month.

Yet another MV+A Multifamily Housing project breaks ground! Last week it was Phase II of our Westbard Square project for which we were responsible for the planning and entitlements of the entire development.

This mixed-use multifamily project will deliver 200 units and 23K SF of retail to this vibrant community.
