Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:

- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: crispy bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 8–12 pieces and flattened
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese and any optional fillings (bacon, pickles, caramelized onions).
4. Flatten each piece of dough into a disc. Spoon the filling into the center of each disc. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.
5. Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush evenly over the tops of each dough ball.
7. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Cheesesteak-Stuffed Garlic Bread Loaf

Ingredients
1 large loaf Italian or French bread

1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Optional: sliced mushrooms

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms (if using) until softened, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3.Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In the same skillet, cook steak slices until browned but still tender, about 3–4 minutes. Combine with sautéed veggies.

4.Cut the bread loaf lengthwise, but not all the way through, creating a hinge. Hollow out some of the bread from inside to create space for filling.

5.Spread softened butter evenly on inside surfaces of the bread.

6.Layer steak and vegetable mixture inside the bread, then sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the filling.

7.Close the loaf and wrap it tightly in foil.

8.Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and bread is warm.

9.Unwrap and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the crust.

10.Slice and serve warm.

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

1 large onion, sliced into rings

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large bowl, toss potato wedges and onion rings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3.Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4.Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy, and onions are caramelized.

For the Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

2.In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4.Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

5.Mix in crushed pineapple and pineapple juice.

6.Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.

Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix

2 cups chicken broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2.Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water for extra flavor.

3.In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, onions (if using), salt, and pepper.

4.Spread half of the prepared stuffing in the bottom of the baking dish.

5.Layer the chicken mixture over the stuffing.

Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa, Potatoes, and Broccoli

Ingredients
12oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

2cups baby potatoes, halved

2cups broccoli florets

2tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
3tbsp honey

2tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

¼tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

2.Toss halved baby potatoes with 1tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the sheet pan and roast for 20minutes.

3.While potatoes roast, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

4.Remove pan from oven. Add sliced kielbasa and broccoli to potatoes. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey garlic sauce. Toss gently to coat.

5.Return to oven and roast 15–20minutes more, stirring halfway through, until broccoli is tender and slightly charred and kielbasa is caramelized.

For the Meat Filling:
1lb ground beef or pork

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions
1.In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

2.Add ground meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

3.In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.

4.Take a handful of potato mixture and flatten into a small pancake on your palm.

5.Place a spoonful of meat filling in the center, then cover with another flattened potato pancake. Seal edges well.

6.Repeat with remaining potato and meat filling.

7.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry pancakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
