We responded to an emergency call in Upper St. Clair after a large tree from the backyard fell into the home, piercing the roof, damaging the interior, and breaking structural trusses.

The property has been secured, prepped, and demolition is now underway as we begin the restoration process.

Finishing up another recent emergency call this Friday. Fresh flooring, drywall, and paint have been completed to wrap up the project and restore the space.

Last week, our team responded to another water break in Tarentum.

Crews quickly prepared the area for demolition to help preserve the existing flooring and limit further damage. After removing all affected ceiling materials, fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers were placed throughout the space to properly dry the area over the weekend.

A fast response and the right equipment make all the difference when protecting a property after water damage.

This cold has kept us busy. Our team responded to a waterline break at a Pittsburgh college this week, quickly removing water and addressing damaged carpet, drywall, and contents. Most replacements are complete, and we are now cleaning and preparing the rooms for student reoccupancy. Another fantastic job by our crew.
