2024 construction season is just around the corner. We are pretty well booked for the year on major projects, however our small projects division has limited availability in exterior painting and carpentry work. We will be doing bids in the next coming months for any painting and carpentry needs you may have. We do NOT have space for any big builds in our schedule for the 24 season, 25 is booking.

Another exciting phase of an epic multi year/phase project. We’ve been on this site for three years, and this phase will button tons of planning and beautification, to an already stunning piece of architecture. This years facelift adds a 6 foot custom built wrought iron fencing with mechanical gate at driveway, 6 foot privacy link and black on black chain link with bear security wire atop(Zap Zap). Stamped concrete patios under all decks and stepped down to a fire pit out front. We will be adding poured planter boxes as well poured stairwell from driveway to lower patios. Additional stamped patio into front entry area. Lawn details, some trees going in and hydro seeding all work areas. Additional driveway being cut in on other corner of the estate, with security fencing and gates. Additional high tech cameras and security measures will transform this beautiful fortress towards our next phase in 2024. More to come from this great property with an absolute perfect client. Every now and then we are over blessed with a customer that truly understands what it takes to deliver a stellar finished product. We try our best and give God the glory and rest! Exciting times for all involved in this one.
