Judging by the amount of traffic leaving town tonight it's going to be crowded any where you can camp this weekend. If anyone has decided not to join the crowd, but would still like a chance to get out and commune with Mother Nature, Lindy & I will be working at 7th Summit Shooting Park located at the end of Carmel Road all weekend. Come on out and avoid the crowds, bring a 4-wheeler, a chainsaw, and a shotgun if you'd like. Come and experience 200 acres of wilderness, adventure, and camaraderie (and we could really use a hand!)

I was so surprised to run across this post on FB! We are so grateful for all our customers! In these crazy times, please support small businesses, local restaurants, services. These are your neighbors, friends and the ones who support school sports and clubs, local charities and community services. Amazon won't. Box stores won't. We have a saying in our youth program that we have been teaching our kids: "Promote the Positive...Practice Gratitude!" Thank you for your patronage. Let's keep our community alive!

One of the things I love about Alaska the most is how we take care of one another. So this month I will be showing my appreciation to some of the other local businesses that have supported us because I want them to know that we appreciate them. If you appreciate them too let them know, use their service, and recommend them! Remember! When you support a small business you help make someone's dream come true :)
