In between my day job, business and family time. I try to squeeze in an hour or 2 here there for my personal property. Need to transplant all my apple trees to a new area I opened next to our new greenhouse. I was also able to put in a few hours on the new harley rake getting a good feel for it before taking it onto customers properties. I have to say this new toy is a game changer. This made my newly prepped area look Awesome! Flat, even and fluffy soil. I have about 400 yards of topsoil I need to get spread out and plant grass in the next 2 weeks. Its going to be busy but worth it.

Hello all! Wanted to give a short update. As you can see the weather is taking its time to warm up. I am not anticipating road restrictions will be lifted anytime soon, but that doesn't mean we can't get bids done now. I only plan to take on a few jobs this year. So if you would like me to Come by please don't wait. Most companies start filling up this time of year. I love doing new lawn installs and would love to earn your business this year. Again only trying to take on a few jobs. Around 10 for the whole season.

Time to start thinking about those summer projects. I am looking to fill my schedule with some smaller lawn install and lawn repair jobs. I have a small but mighty skid steer perfect for those smaller tighter jobs. Great rates and I stand behind my work. I can begin giving bids towards the end of March but feel free to reach out now and let's discuss what you need or want done.

Schedule your lawn install project with me now before next summer. Be first on the list before its full. Just to give you a "average" price. For a 1/2 acre lawn install ~21k square feet, your looking at $11k-14k. Price will vary based on soil cost in 2026 and trucking time to your location. Other cost factors will be if you need any pre site prep. I do not do any excavation or tree removals. Price includes grass seed and fertilizer. Hoses, sprinklers and timers responsibility of the customer. I can provide everything needed for additional cost as well.
