When a Simple Job Turns Into a Nightmare: Customer Threatens Bad Review
This video is a screen recording of my actual conversation with a customer who tried to pressure me into completing only part of a job that was originally booked and priced for assembling two gazebos.
When I arrived, the customer told me the concrete pad for the large gazebo was cracked and needed repair, meaning I could only install the small one. Since the job was priced and scheduled as a full‑day, two‑gazebo project, doing just one would waste the entire day and the next day I had reserved for them. I offered to reschedule once their concrete was fixed.
Instead of working it out professionally, I received a barrage of messages — including one threatening me with a bad review if I didn’t do the job on their terms. At that point, I canceled the job completely and blocked the number.
