We have a customer who purchased 4 of these brushed nickel pendants with seeded glass. They have changed the look they want in their new home and would like to sell these. They have been installed for only 2 months. They were $150 when new and they will sell for $75 each. Let us know if anyone is interested. They will be available after Tuesday 3/24 for pickup. Extreme transformation !! My customer, who I adore, has purchased her 3rd home that I have had the honor of doing the lighting in all of them. She is so modern and the crystal chandeliers had to go!! The Kuzco over the breakfast table has been our go to in all 3 homes. This time I did the black with the white globes and it is perfect!! The 2 Matteo Lighting chandeliers in the dining and foyer are gorgeous!!

HUGE transformation!! Kitchen renovation is a working process!! Just changing the pendant lights and the fan is now a beautiful fandelier makes this space look so beautiful !! 😍
Gorgeous water glass pendants from Capital Lighting Fixture Co and fandelier is from Quoizel !! Love how this looks !! Her backsplash and under cabinet lighting will be installed soon !!!
