Here is a project we did in dexter over the summer. This home went from a 2400 sqft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom first floor and a unused second floor, to a 2800 sqft 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, dream home for the customers. Before and after. A job we did in carthage for a nice couple. Built a new 28x40 attached garage with 10x40 attic, and turned their existing attached garage and a new 10ft addition into more living space, consisting of a mud entry room, a laundry room, a new master bedroom with a 6x15 walk in closet, and a new fully tiled master bath with a 3.5x9ft shower and a jet tub and separate water closet. Heated with hot water baseboard, mini splits were installed for ac and heat supplement. Entire new living space is smart wifi controlled, door locks, all lighting, ac units, ceiling fan, garage door openers and smart shop lights, exterior and interior Google nest cameras and flood lights. All of this can be controlled from anywhere with customers phone app. It took a while to get all the materials because of all the special order materials and covid slowed everything up considerably.
