Metro Boston is in a level 3/critical drought this summer. Stop watering your lawns! Lawns will usually bounce back in the Fall. Hand water plants when possible and please try to give a slow, deep watering (set a trickling hose at the base and leave it) to shrubs and trees planted this year or last year.

Butterflyweed and Catmint make such a gorgeous combo in a sunny pollinator garden! Butterflyweed is a type of Milkweed, so it’s a host to Monarch caterpillars!
