At our Weston project, David highlights the newly designed mudroom, which serves as the side entrance linking the new garage to the home’s living space. Because the original home had low ceilings, we introduced vaulted ceilings wherever possible to add volume and light. The space is complemented by custom storage cabinets and a built-in bench.

What began as a dilapidated, outdated property became an opportunity to honor the home’s original architecture while reimagining it for the way this family actually lives. Three thoughtfully placed additions expanded the living and dining spaces and introduced a mudroom built for everyday life, while a new second story, tucked within the home’s existing footprint, gave way to a serene primary suite. A detached garage, once beyond repair, was rebuilt entirely.

The result is a home that feels unmistakably original and entirely new.

Back at our Weston project, the exterior is taking shape. The portico is up, the siding is on, and painting is underway. This home is coming together beautifully, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch it unfold.
