We removed bad flooring boards, repaired a little roof below the deck ,pressure washed the entire house Deck, did a lightly sand on the deck and the rest stained the entire deck 2000 ft.² One of the biggest decks I’ve ever built and worked on the customer was very happy this is the third project. I’ve done on her house love these types of customers that we build relationships to last. We also did some interior work with some volute handrails job turned out very nice. Got a referral for an insurance roof replacement and completely replaced a three tab shingle roof to a architectural shingle roof. Also built a covered porch over the back deck, tied into the house and installed metal roof on top of that and also stained it to match the house.
