Im using this flyer to explain the bans details since lake county only has a news article with minimum description about the ban. So please disregard the intended location this flyer is for.

Heres the latest update for the following towns. Wilmette winnetka south barrington and highland park all now have active coal tar sealant bans. For those cities and anyone else who would like to use the alternative sealant Specifications are on the picture. Its a %100 green friendly sealant that similar to the coal tar emulsion in many ways. Available upon requests to any customer who chooses Black Diamond Sealant for their driveway sealer.
