Today we started loading materials and preparing for a full flat roof replacement on an apartment building here in Wisconsin.

This is a project that means a lot to us because we’ve worked with this client through multiple repairs over the years, doing everything possible to extend the life of the roof and help avoid unnecessary costs.

Sometimes repairs are the right solution, and we will always do our best to help clients get the most value and lifespan out of their roof. But there comes a point where continuing repairs only leads to more recurring issues, more downtime, and more money spent without a long-term fix.
