Fall is upon us and after a harsh, hot Summer, it’s time to spruce up our yards, create flower and vegetable beds and sod/re-sod the bare spots in our lawns. In our sub-tropical climate, Fall is the best time to plant trees and shrubs because this gives the plants’ roots time to grow so the trees and shrubs can handle the heat next Summer. So, let’s get planting!
